I had a hiccup with the product when my supplier refused to deliver the discount printer (a guarantee of seriousness and quality). They called me immediately to let me know and to offer me a refund if the extra delay of a few days bothered me. The product arrived as agreed the following week. TOP

No problems with my order or delivery, even though it was made during the Christmas period. On the other hand, some products are prohibitively expensive. Choose carefully what you buy on the site and compare with others. It's often a change in the name of the reference but it's the same product.
