Do not order and do not choose Chronopost 12€ postage on Fridays. Chronopost delivery does not take place on Saturdays, at the sender's discretion. This is not indicated in the General Conditions.
- Order placed on May 17, 2020 with SMS tracking option at 0.50€ - Still noted as being in preparation on May 26 - I asked by e-mail for an explanation of the delay: NO reply - Order noted as delivered on May 29 -> NOTHING in my box. This is not serious. The delay might be excusable, but the total absence of information for the customer is not, given that Aérographe Discount charges for the tracking service!
Attention, some elements are missing on delivery, a credit note was to be established, but no credit note (I would prefer to be delivered or reimbursed). No answer to the message left on your site.
Parts ordered with next day delivery. 1 week delay. What's more, the package contained the wrong can of paint. Following several messages no gesture or response from them. Site not recommended
