I ordered a pouch of gaskets for a colani, but when I opened it there weren't even any gland seals, which for me was the most important thing... not cool at all!

In fact delivery error but good communication with refund of the articles but I wished a replacement but those which interested me were not available any more.

The site is fairly easy to navigate, as is the payment method and fast delivery. But the products I'm looking for no longer exist on this site, I'm talking about Createx Auto Air Transparent paints in 120ml (and more). I had bought them from you before. I have to say that I make all my airbrush paints with the four basic paints plus black and white (the latter two to a lesser extent) and a pantone that allows me to create precisely the shades I want. Too bad, I'm going to have to go to the competition, although I'm aware that this is my own fault, as your site covers most users' needs.

I would have liked to have been offered a re-delivery of the faulty products!

The site is not easy to use, especially the search engine and the possible options. Even when I had the exact reference of the product I was looking for, it didn't appear in the results.

Delays too long

Following an order for a mld aerograph. The package was missing 1.8m hoses. I contacted the service department, but never received a reply.

I had a problem taking into account the means of delivery; the application refused to take into account a relay parcel.

I've been told for six months that there's going to be a complete 0.15 kit for infinity and still nothing, so it's not very serious.

Delivery in 1 week, delivered badly wedged so 1 book damaged

Thank you very much. Ordered before 9am on Friday morning and left on Monday evening with delivery taking around 5 days for two small items.

10 days to receive an envelope of seals. Hence 3 stars

Unfortunately high delivery charges, my order split in two and a product spilled in its container.

Very expensive for what you get.

Lack of precision on a number of points, in particular the need to consult other sources to ensure that the proposed parts actually correspond to the tool to which they are to be fitted. The delivery method is also unclear.

The delivery service is lamentable and above all the delivery method is not clearly explained, I paid for a service that was not returned to me "home delivery" the parcel was delivered nearly a week after its first presentation 2km from my home, it's taking the piss out of the customer.

Order long to arrive, more than a week, may be the fault of the carrier, I'll see next order.

6 days for a delivery, even with a weekend, is really a lot of time. Change your supplier!

The products are of good quality but customer service is unresponsive.

It's good to have a site that's very specialized in the world of airbrushes, but it's even better to have prices that are a little more "Discount".

The site is very good. On the other hand, customer service is non-existent and my parcel arrived open and torn.

When I unpacked the product, there were colors on the bottle.

My son was very well received and very well advised when he picked up the order.

I had to travel 60km to pick it up, hence the 3 stars.

Still no free shipping, whatever the amount of the order! This is really not commercial and makes me hesitate to place orders.

Order preparation error, logically rectified by a new shipment and a return slip. No excuses otherwise.

Unfortunately, apart from the products sold, which are obviously of good quality, and the speed with which orders are processed, aerographediscount never replies to emails, let alone requests for quotes. It's a site that sells, and that's that. Don't look for advice here, just buy and that's it.
