Fast and meets my expectations

One nozzle arrived broken. No information on the assembly of the nozzles. The needle and nozzle do not work well, it's not really adaptable.

The airbrush works perfectly well, however it is rather dedicated to 1/14 scale figures or models because the cup is small. The compressor is perfect for its size, otherwise the package arrived quickly.

Excellent product

So I only give 3 stars because the delivery (promised in 48h) was a real disaster (first order for me). Why use UPS even nowadays? More than a week of waiting, without any real information about what was happening. The package stayed 6 days 20 km from my home. I placed another order since then, we'll see how long it takes this time. For the price, it was more expensive than on another competing site but since a fast delivery was promised, I preferred to pay a little more... I regret it now because the promise was not kept.

The delivery was correct and fast. although, i missed a ups tracking code, to be informed when the parcel arrives in the pick up store. i asked 2 times for it, but anyhow did not get any answer from airbrush discount. i drove to the pick up store by myself and they told me the parcel is already days there and would have been even returned the next day.

Disappointed by the presentation of the H & S ULTRA 2024 airbrush for the following reasons: 1- Back part unscrewed 2- Trigger sticks and does not always go to the end of the stroke 3- Needle stuck in the nozzle. After unlocking it, it gets stuck from time to time. It was mounted too tightly from the start and is still a bit damaged 4- The molded plastic in the box is slightly torn. I think this is a second-hand item. Well done Harder & Steenbeck. I repaired everything myself. I bought a Gaahleri Mobius 0.2mm on the same day, it's day and night, class.
