The products are of good quality but customer service is unresponsive.

I made an order for 200€ and it was sent by DPD. After a few days I saw that my order had been delivered, but I haven't received anything. I contacted DPD and they told me to contact the store, but I never received any answer from the store. Finally my parcel was delivered by my nice neighbor who lives a few kms away. So neighbor 55, customer service 05, 2 stars because the products are good.
After registering I received an email confirming my registration. So far so good. The problem is that in this email my password was displayed in clear text. I don't see that anywhere else. I need to make a change as soon as possible. Another little problem: my order arrived without the compressor. I had to go through customer service, but it was quickly resolved.
A little disappointed because the airbrush is not part of the set, there is only the compressor + tubes, and the photo makes it look like there is an airbrush with it.
Hello,Usually I am completely satisfied with my discounte airbrush orders and that's why I come back. But this order was very badly packed. This is the first time this has happened. The paints were loose in the Mr Rapid Thinner bottle and the bottle cap was broken. About 20% of the contents of the bottle was lost - on the rest of the order! For delivery, the site only offers post at over 8E and Chronopost at 12E!!!! (with a promise of delivery the next day before 1pm, well... ok) Items (not very heavy and not very bulky) ordered on Friday afternoon, with delivery by chronopost, arrived at my house on Tuesday!!! i.e. 4 days later.Then it would be honest to specify that even at 12E shipping costs there is no order preparation between Friday afternoon and Monday morning and therefore no point in spending your money on chronopost...Unpleasant feeling of having been cheated.Disappointed.

I bought an RM250 airbrush, not the most expensive but very good. A small trigger problem from the first try, I was given a tip by putting oil (DIY) the problem is still there. I received a message that a valve had been sent to me, so I'm surprised at the cause of the breakdown... New, given the price, I expected a more serious exchange than DIY.
Order quickly processed and shipped. Delivery also very fast. On the other hand, after-sales service not very reactive: in the event of a problem, despite 2 emails, no response to my request... And 1 aerograph at nearly €170 that may not work properly.

Brushes taped in bubble wrap. Result: 2 brushes are ruined, and customer service is slow to respond...I'm disappointed, I've never had any problems with Aérographe discount.
