I don't like the general feel of the store. Pink is not the color I would choose. Discount is not the word that best characterizes the store's products. Efforts could be made to improve the quality of the photos and the general ergonomics of the site.

I bought an RM250 airbrush, not the most expensive but very good. A small trigger problem from the first try, I was given a tip by putting oil (DIY) the problem is still there. I received a message that a valve had been sent to me, so I'm surprised at the cause of the breakdown... New, given the price, I expected a more serious exchange than DIY.
Order quickly processed and shipped. Delivery also very fast. On the other hand, after-sales service not very reactive: in the event of a problem, despite 2 emails, no response to my request... And 1 aerograph at nearly €170 that may not work properly.

Brushes taped in bubble wrap. Result: 2 brushes are ruined, and customer service is slow to respond...I'm disappointed, I've never had any problems with Aérographe discount.

I received a nozzle and needle kit instead of a quick-acting valve with pressure adjustment, and despite sending an e-mail I've had no news from the DISCOUNT aerographer. Interface to be reviewed, at least for compressor + aerograph packs. navigation-comparison is a pain. A summary of product features would be welcome (single/double action, changeable nozzle, solvent resistance, etc.).
I've been a customer for a while now and I find that the service isn't what it used to be. There's no point in quoting shipping times if you don't respect them. Packaging needs to be revised and customer response sucks....
The only downside is the need for intra-Community invoicing. Even manual invoicing within the EU would bring you into line with European standards. When a promise is made ... sy keep.
I was always satisfied but with this error of product afterwards the error is human and I would continue to order from you but I hope that all will go well from now on.
