In my order for three bottles of Aqueous Hobby Color paint, one of the colors I received did not match the one I had ordered. But AerographeDiscount sent me the correct paint reference, at no extra charge, and told me I could keep the bottle that wasn't the correct reference. So, I can say that I'm satisfied with my order from Aero, because I have a bottle of paint + for potential future use.

Our invoices are to be issued exclusive of VAT as we are based in Luxembourg with a VAT number LU24084006. This has already been communicated to your services and I was told that the VAT number would be registered and we would no longer have this problem! But the latest invoice is still inclusive of VAT and we are still waiting for the refund of the VAT amounts from the previous invoices that we were told about by telephone.
