Always friendly on the phone. Valuable help and advice. On the other hand, it's unfair to charge €8 for 3 tiny rubber seals that would have fit in a small envelope and were lost at the bottom of a 30cm3 package that could have contained a chicken!

After receiving the wrong adapter part number, Nicolas took matters into his own hands and sent me back the right part within 48 hours, without forcing me to send back the wrong part (shipping costs more than the part). Now that's customer service! I recommend and would recommend.
