I had to call once to find information about a compressor. The person on the phone was competent and gave good advice. The products arrive well packaged, they are of high quality and to date I've had no problems with the spare parts I ordered (which were due to mishandling on my part). Postage too expensive for 6€ 3 items at 70 grams each. Tracked letter format would have been sufficient. Option not offered via the site.
