Small problem with the delivery, an aero + compressor pack arrived in 2 parts. The second part of the package was sent on Thursday and arrived safely on Saturday morning (with the little extra gift which was really useful). This is my 3rd purchase from the store. Like the previous ones, it went perfectly. First, a very quick and efficient phone call to confirm the product. Then the shipment, fast and well packed. I'm delighted and I'll say so. Clearly a company that cares about its customers. It's not always the case, so you have to complain about the boxes that sell (I can think of a few names...) and congratulate those that back up their sales with real service.

Not a big fan of Cubyn's new logistics service, given that the order was placed on a Tuesday evening and received the following Monday. Some other stores like Alltricks (in the bike world) use a much faster service at the same price, with delivery guaranteed within 24 hours. This type of service would be a big plus for you.
