Excellent products as usual!
It's the first time I order on this site (via the recommendations of an influencer on youtube). I am very satisfied with the delivery and the products I ordered (Joy potion, spiral flow & spirumix). Be careful with the "magic vitality potion" of Spiral Flow. You have to go easy at the beginning. One teaspoon in a glass of apple juice (preferably organic) is enough, otherwise gurgling and ultra fast intestinal transit guaranteed! ^^ It is necessary to accustom the body gradually.

Your advice is essential, one must always listen to one's feelings and go gradually. We recommend 1 teaspoon per person per day. You can take more but start slowly because each person is different and we do not all start from the same state of form.
