Fast and efficient
Fast delivery. I took a teaspoon of spirulina alone, is it normal to have a green tongue and teeth? I didn't expect this... I had used tablets of another brand and I wonder if it's the same with all the glitter?
Yes, it's the same for all spirulina but it doesn't stay 😁 if it bothers you, you have to consume it in tablet form or mix it with other foods.
The green colour of spirulina comes from chlorophyll. It is nicknamed "green blood" because its structure is close to human hemoglobin and it stimulates the production of hemoglobin and red blood cells in anemic people. Chlorophyll combines with a co-factor, porphyrin, to chelate heavy metals such as mercury, lead, arsenic and nickel: it binds to them and contributes to their elimination from our bodies. Spirulina is one of the largest purveyors of chlorophyll.

I was surprised that the Spirulina I bought came from Burkina Faso. After seeing it checked on the site, it is indeed specified, but the whole site talks about local production. I don't regret my purchase, but I won't buy again.
