I was a bit reluctant to buy the jug, but thanks to a friend who recommended it to me, I am very happy. Especially to avoid carrying weight with bottles.

What I like the most is that you continue to research and work on improving the products, I believe that people value that a lot. Apart from the products you have achieved.

We have been using the jug and the 50000 l shower filter for over a year. We are very happy, the water from the jug tastes very good and the shower leaves your skin smooth. Totally recommendable for health (much healthier than any bottled water) and the environment (less plastic). Besides being a Spanish company, all the studies and scientific documents that support them inspire confidence.

Put in the instructions for use that when a new filter is put in, the water from the first two or three filtrations should not be used for drinking.

I like my drop jug, the filters I think are very good, I live in Toledo and the water is not of quality but since we use the jug the water does not smell and has no taste. I am very happy

The shipment was delayed by a day, the street number was missing, with a phone call from the delivery person it could have been solved at the moment. Thank you

Very good jug with its filter, the water leaves it without chlorine... the shipment was delivered in 2 business days quite well. The only thing that doesn't reach 5 stars is that it weighs quite a bit and only filters 1 liter of water, it could be at least 1.5 l.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment! In the tank, it only takes 1 liter, but you can fill it 2 times and have 2 liters filtered and ready. Regards

Excellent everything except the taste of the water. In my case, the filtered tap water tastes just as bad as if I drink it directly from the tap.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment. The jug significantly improves the taste of tap water, leaving soft water, like spring water. We will contact you directly to see what might be happening and provide you with a solution or alternative so that you are happy with the taste.

The last filter I just installed the water is not as good as the previous times. I notice a metallic taste. It had happened to me before, about a year ago. I reported it to the company and they sent me another one, I changed it and the taste changed.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
The metallic taste is usually due to magnesium, which is very present in the first filtrations. After about 3 to 5 filtrations the taste dilutes. Anyway, if it still tastes like that or you notice something different, please contact us via email: [email protected], and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you!
