Could you notify that you were going to release a glass jug within a week... Total disappointment.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
We understand that it may give that impression
The launch of new products involves many months (and even years) of development, testing, and prior preparation, and that is why new products are usually communicated at the moment they are ready to be officially released.
In this case, ClearDrops had been in preparation for a long time and we decided to announce it when the product was completely finished and available
Even so, we appreciate your comment and understand that those of you who recently purchased our other jug may have mixed feelings about the new product.

The delivery was late. I already have it and the free bottle arrived somewhat crushed and with a broken cap. I am getting it started. I hope the filter is correct as it cannot be seen. At the bottom, the arrows mark 10 in month and 25 in year. It is not expiration, right? I await your response.

Hello Maria Amor,
We appreciate your comment and regret the inconveniences you have experienced with the delivery and the condition of your bottle. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we would like to help you resolve any issues you may have with your product.
Regarding the information about the filter, we confirm that the marks you mention do not indicate expiration, they are the manufacturing date. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, The taste of the water is good. But the lid for filling does not hold when filling it and you need to hold it while you want to fill it which is not possible if you refill it from a water jug.

The water quality is fantastic, very good taste and pleasant to the palate. Regarding the design, I think it could be improved: the shape of the jug is not very ergonomic and it would be good if the interior were completely transparent. A flow meter would be appreciated, as already exists in other brands. The packaging and presentation are good, although the instruction manual could be improved.

I love the taste of my water, now I know I can drink safely. I used to get water from the spring near my house but I didn't feel safe in case it had pesticides, that's why I decided to buy the pitcher, besides it's a national product, I support local or national trade.

All morning at home and when they called they did not answer. Later they sent a message to the email saying that I was absent, leaving the jug where it was convenient for the delivery person without asking. They should not give the option to send to home if they do not fulfill it later. There is a terrible lack of communication, in other places at least when you answer the intercom they respond and do not leave to save 1 minute of time, besides that it would have been normal to call the person or send a message to the mobile, not everyone checks emails every minute. I have requested a refund because if every time I order filters and replacements I have to go to where the delivery person finds it convenient instead of where I choose, it will be a headache. On top of that, I had to endure a lady from Alkanatur calling me saying that if I did not go to where they left the jug it was because I did not want it, scolding me because according to her I did not bother to go pick up a jug, in addition to insisting that a friend or family member go pick it up. I do not have to explain my family situation or my schedule to a person I do not even know. On top of that, endure that this character intends to organize my life. It is shameful. The only thing requested is that they send it home and they did not even do that.

We sincerely regret the incident that occurred with the transport company and we fully understand your discomfort for not having received the order in the expected conditions.
However, we believe it is important to clarify that at no time did Alkanatur speak to you disrespectfully nor did we make the statements you indicate in your review. In fact, we have written confirmation of the conversation held and the email sent by our colleague on April 23 at 11:47, where you were simply informed that a claim had been opened with the transport agency and that a full refund of the requested order was being processed.
The only intention of our team was to try to help with an incident unrelated to Alkanatur and to offer alternatives to locate the package as soon as possible.
We understand the frustration that these types of situations generate, but we also ask for respect towards our customer service team, who acted with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
We will continue to report these types of incidents to the transport company to prevent them from happening again.
Best regards,
Alkanatur Team
