Satisfied. If it becomes widespread and they can lower the price, I will be even more satisfied. It would be fabulous if they collect and share the contacts to analyze the city's water... I mean, all the laboratories in Spain that can test the water.

The filter I ordered for the shower, there is no way it can fit, neither for the faucet below nor for the fixed showerhead above... what should I do now, will they refund my money?

We are used to drinking filtered water from another brand, Alkanatur surprised us. It is much better than the other, I always drank it cold and now I even like it at room temperature. Thank you very much.

Hello, during the purchase I had many doubts and the clarification was more outside the website and with friends who already had the jug, however the shipping and the transport company was exceptional, very fast, attentive, detailed information before delivery, the best courier service I have received, I think the company is called GLS, a ten for them. Thank you very much.

The water does not dry out and the skin appreciates it. We were advised to do so since the water in the area has significant levels of uranium. We installed the filter in the shower and we are very happy. Soon it will be time to change it.

I have one complaint about the pitcher, which is that the filling lid is very fragile and sometimes falls off and needs to be put back on, other than that everything is correct, that's why I take away one star.

I like the taste of the water once it goes through the filter since in my area it is very hard water and I think that with the pitcher I have managed to improve the taste, however the pitcher seems to me to be of poor quality, the lid stays half open and does not look like it has great durability. I expected better components. I would prefer it to be made of glass or similar.

Response from Alkanatur
Dear Ana Carolina,
We sincerely appreciate your feedback and are glad to know that you have improved the taste of the water in your area. However, we regret that the quality of the pitcher did not meet your expectations. We will take your opinion about the materials into account to continue improving our products.
