I have been using the shower filter for several weeks because I had a lot of hair loss, and since the first week of use, it has stopped significantly. I recommend it. Even your skin improves, getting more hydration. It is an excellent product.

The plastic bottles of 7 euros each are category 1, like one I buy at the supermarket that is supposedly not to be refilled.

Hello! We regret your rating. The numbering of plastics is a complex issue. Number 1 is a classification. The problem is not the material, but the additives that are added to this plastic, which depends on each bottle, each brand... This category is almost always used to indicate plastic bottles, so ours falls into this category, but not all brands work with BPA-free or other toxic materials. Our Alkanatur bottle is BPA-free and is free of these toxins. You have the certificate of absence of BPA, esbo, and phthalates: https://alkanatur.com/certificados/ (it's the 3rd).

I received the shipment quickly and have been using the Alkanatur Drops Jug for more than 2 weeks. It works as described: the water has no taste, but the black particles from the filter continue to fall into the water, so the bottom of the jug always has between 20 and 30 black particles.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. It is totally normal and natural for carbon particles to remain in the water. Our filters are composed solely of natural products: 100% natural coconut charcoal and magnesium. The coconut charcoal is imported directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material. Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the charcoal may be more broken and crumbled and release carbon specks to a greater extent, and even stain the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it releases less, but it is normal for it to always release black specks due to what we mentioned, because it is an ecological product without any type of chemical treatment. We hope you enjoy the product a lot.

I have been using the jug for 2 weeks and so far the experience is very good. The shipment was fast and without problems. Although in Guadalajara the pH of the water is quite alkaline (light blue came out) from the test I did, the filter has made it come out purple. I am very happy.

The jug is what I expected. The problem was with the delivery of the product. I was waiting for two days and they did not deliver it until the third. A phone call, as I requested and as they did on the third day, would have saved problems for everyone.

My nutritionist recommended your jug, but when I entered the website and observed the products, I noticed the shower filter and decided to order it... it is fantastic!! Since the first day I have noticed improvements in my skin and hair... I couldn't be happier. As for the jug, I am equally delighted with the product, just as they recommended to me.

Hello, I really liked the jug, very practical, but I think the filter is defective since I have filtered the water more than 5 times and it still presents certain black particles.

One of the jugs, to filter tap water, is the most complete and reliable on the market in terms of taste, remineralization, and elimination of toxins. Happy with the purchase!
