You requested and paid for a delivery to a pickup point, but since this pickup point was not accessible, you could have had the package sent to another pickup point. You have tried several times to have the package delivered to your home. You are misled by incorrect photos on their webshop (smaller packages than indicated). In response to my email, they claimed they were not at fault, but afterwards they quickly adjusted the photo, which in my eyes was an admission of their mistake.
