No valid tracking, no email from courier, order still not received, and you ask for feedback?

Ordered a 701 skid slate. The item send has bolt holes that do not align. It’s not even close. Really poor quality control. I am now trying to get this resolved, but can only communicate through their website which is taking days between responses. When I do get a response, they ask for photos which I have already sent to them. I am having a very very frustrating experience so far, and so would not recommend using this company.

Ignored my email requesting order cancellation. Sent product anyway and now I'm stuck with it. Paid taxes and tariffs for a product I didn't not want. Proceed with caution with this vendor.

After further investigation, it appears that your email requesting cancellation was directed to our spam folder. By the time we became aware of it, your order had already been shipped.
We did send a follow-up email at the time to explain the situation, but unfortunately it was too late to cancel the shipment.

The worst tracking I’ve ever seen. Where is the order? It’s been 2-weeks and zero updates on tracking other than fed ex received the shipment way back on 2/25. No updates, no way to track beyond that date. What is going on?

I never received my order. I emailed them and have never heard back.
The skid plate did not fit my bike I have the Beta 125 rr 2T 2018 and the holes where the bolts attach were not twin to the plate. I attached the plate with cuffs and after 2 rides the plate broke
Delivery Time was delayed by 2 weeks and parcel arrived damaged and was charged an extra £35 for import costs so made the item very expensive. would not order again from them.
Ordered and payed for parts 6 weeks ago. No parts has arrived, no shipment updates. No reply when asking for status on shipment. Really disappointed!

Zero customer service support, they never responded to an email for a damage claim. Very disappointed.

Customer service was appalling. An incorrectly manufactured product was sent to me. They knew it was incorrect before they sent it but they sent it anyway. When they wwere contacted about it they told me to fix it myself. I had to criticize the product on youtube before the very arrogant Xavier Dugardin said that because I got a discount and free shipping that I should be grateful. If AXP had pride in their products this wouldn't have happened. Overall, a disgustingly bad experience.
Regarding our answers, arrogance is not a correct term. We offered you a discount which was exceptionnal, we had no reason to do it. We didn't find fair your way to "attack" us for this minor issue regarding the offer we done for you.
We can make mistakes, customers can perfectly be unhappy and write us. We always find a solution by a cordial exchange.
