Very decent skid plate, but difficult to mount. I have serious doubts that the screws which attach the skid plate to the mounting bar will survive a few mount/unmounts for cleaning or cooling liquid replacement. I will go back to an Acerbis skid plate and Acerbis engine protection.

This product has been manufactured and sold since 2024, with hundreds of units in use and no major issues reported. While the fastening system could be further improved, and enhancements are planned for the 2027 model, there are currently no concerns regarding its strength or reliability.

I ordered a skid plate for a 2026 Suzuki DRZ4S with the rear shock protector. I don’t like 2 things about it… 1 - no hole to drain oil, why not have access to the drain plug vs having to remove the skid plate every time I change oil. 2 - the shock protector hits the shock every time weight is off the bike, so if I ride through a choppy area it makes a horrible rattling/banging.
The hole for the oil change is not listed as a criterion in the product description, so we consider that there should be no surprise regarding this point.
Regarding the linkage protection, the skid plate is designed so that it does not come into contact with the linkage when the bike is in a static, unloaded position. Contact during the suspension’s extension is unavoidable and, to date, has not caused any issues. However, if you notice that the skid plate touches the linkage in a neutral position, please feel free to send us photos at [email protected] so we can analyze the issue.

Order and shipment was really fast. After a few km‘s I noticed that the exhaust clamp is melting the skid Plate. No Solution given … I have mounted the skid Plate according the Instructions.

Should have bought through a distributor. Major problems with shipping, and ZERO response to multiple emails and phone calls. Good product, terrible service. In the end, with no communication from AXP, and total rubbish from their shipping partner, I bought another elsewhere, that worked out cheaper. Still to this day have had no reply to any of the emails.
Shippings too lomg, too expensive and unexpected payments
I bought a skid plate that came with missing screws or ones that didn't fit.
YAMAHA YZ 250 ( 2023 ) engine guard XL . The plastic of the engine guard was old and inflexible (baked) . It broke on the first enduro ride .
Product came without mounting instructions.

The website is easy to navigate and so it is to place and order. I made a pre-order for the new KTM 690 skid plate but I didn't get info about when I was going to receive my order. So I had to write the AXP Racing team and they kindly told me. I had an issue with the skid plate because the AXP Racing team didn't take into accout the KTM crashbars when designing the skid plate, so I couldn't fit it. I had to trim the new skid plate on both sides to fit it. Afterwards, I let them know the issue but they didn't care much. I finally sent an email to share photos of the trimming I did, to help them improve the desing or at least make customers aware of this issue, but they didn't even reply to my email.
Nice website, easy to use. I contacted them 2 times about the delivery and customs. Nobody answered
Sharp edges on rear rack for CRF 300
I’m in the USA-there response to emails-shipping notifications seems delayed slow response time-they could definitely be more professional in that regard-
It took almost 3 weeks before we got the ordered sparepats, whit out any notice(: And when we order from you web, it is not working, and then some how it works .
Late shipping only after I asked what's going on with my order.
Stickers and bolts were missing.
Very durable and well designed product. Will have to wait until the snow melts before I can actually test it. The downside was my order was missing the two plastic anchors that hook onto the subframe. It appears that someone at there location snaked out the parts before shipment. I was finally able to reach them through Facebook. Apparently they don't answer through there website.
