Excessive delay, useless customer service, I will not order again.

No communication from the store regarding a delivery date, had to chase them multiple times, I was finally delivered 2 months later. Just a minimum of communication would have greatly eased the wait, a little email with a range of dates

Shameful! It's been 4 months since I have been waiting for my order to be finalized. They sell products on their site that they do not have in stock. And on top of that, it's poorly managed, it's a disaster. The customer service is quite responsive in their replies but no solution has been found. I have heard all possible and imaginable excuses. They promise that it is being managed, in preparation or something else, but after already 2 partial deliveries for the same order, I am still waiting for the rest 4 months after the order. Stay away!!!

Hello, Very disappointed with my first order, I had to follow up more than 5 times with customer service. In the end, the order was received after 2 months of waiting.... However, customer service is responsive to emails.

Really long delays with a somewhat complicated order tracking. On the other hand, the product was very well packaged and cared for.
Everything went perfectly! the package was delivered quickly and well protected. No damage to the products inside. They even added some cards as a gift. That was very kind. Thank you again!! Since then, I have already had to place 4-5 orders 🙂

Order took way too long to be delivered, not enough communication and it's even more frustrating. Too bad, it's a nice shop but the prices are also quite expensive compared to others.

Very bad experience. I placed my order on the opening day of pre-orders and I received my order a month after the release date. I had to send numerous messages to finally get a response. Once the tracking number was received, I still had to wait several days for the package to finally be handed over to the delivery service. Moreover, the prices are very high and it is easy to find cheaper in other stores (that respect their customers' pre-orders). This was not my first order (which went badly), but it will be the last. This review concerns the order from January 12 and the previous ones (as I am finally being offered to give my opinion on this site).
I received my first order well, but when I wanted to order a second time, there was a stock shortage on the acrylic protections. I understand that this can happen, but when I received my order of 2 displays and there were no acrylic protections as I had ordered, I contacted the site. I have contacted them 3 times and my problem is still not resolved. I paid, I did not receive.

Very good condition upon arrival
Very bad experience, package sent to the wrong pickup point (not their fault), however after several calls (4 if I remember correctly) and several visits to the store, I was never contacted by the purchasing service. I had to go to the store and make a fuss to retrieve my product, for which I have still not been reimbursed for the shipping costs, given that I had to go there 3 times. In short, I will not be ordering from you again, and I will not recommend you.
