Service usually very high quality but my last order, a case op11 in Japanese, has still not been sent, it's been more than 2 months since I ordered. The customer service is unfortunately very poor, no communication about the progress of my order. A friend of mine is in the same situation... 800 euros of order and no way to know if I will be refunded or if the delay is just monstrous.

The packages are well packaged but the waiting time is too long while the delivery date displayed on their site has passed. They prioritize the first pre-order purchases for shipping. So we can end up waiting 2 months for an order placed on the day itself.

1st order with this store and problem with delivery. What I didn't appreciate at all was the 1st contact with customer service (the manager). I received notification on 03/12 that my parcel was being prepared (creation of a Mondial Relay parcel number). 4 days later, I tracked the package and saw that it was still being prepared by the seller and hadn't yet been delivered. I then contacted the site and the 1st response I got from customer service was: please be patient, we've had a huge number of orders and it's normal that the status of the parcel hasn't changed. The manager didn't even take the time to look into my problem. As of 16/12, the parcel is still listed as being in the seller's preparation department. By insisting, the site sent me another parcel by Colissimo. I already found the prices on this site rather expensive, but one thing's for sure: I won't be ordering from this site again. I don't understand why some Youtubers work in partnership with this site. There are other online stores (for One Piece cards) that are much more interesting in terms of price and more efficient in terms of parcel delivery and customer service.
