Excessive delay, useless customer service, I will not order again.
Shameful! It's been 4 months since I have been waiting for my order to be finalized. They sell products on their site that they do not have in stock. And on top of that, it's poorly managed, it's a disaster. The customer service is quite responsive in their replies but no solution has been found. I have heard all possible and imaginable excuses. They promise that it is being managed, in preparation or something else, but after already 2 partial deliveries for the same order, I am still waiting for the rest 4 months after the order. Stay away!!!

The packaging of the cards was torn and in poor condition for new products, it leaves much to be desired. (A lot of delay)
Zero seller, heavily neglects customers. Very long wait time for an order. On the other hand, the store in Paris is top-notch.
Very bad experience. I placed my order on the opening day of pre-orders and I received my order a month after the release date. I had to send numerous messages to finally get a response. Once the tracking number was received, I still had to wait several days for the package to finally be handed over to the delivery service. Moreover, the prices are very high and it is easy to find cheaper in other stores (that respect their customers' pre-orders). This was not my first order (which went badly), but it will be the last. This review concerns the order from January 12 and the previous ones (as I am finally being offered to give my opinion on this site).
Delivery too long
4 and a half months of waiting, emails everywhere. Customer service overwhelmed and not solution-oriented.
Order delivered late, no commercial gesture, to avoid...
Very bad experience, package sent to the wrong pickup point (not their fault), however after several calls (4 if I remember correctly) and several visits to the store, I was never contacted by the purchasing service. I had to go to the store and make a fuss to retrieve my product, for which I have still not been reimbursed for the shipping costs, given that I had to go there 3 times. In short, I will not be ordering from you again, and I will not recommend you.
Long wait times, zero information
More than a month to receive my order
1 month of waiting to receive my order after several follow-ups. They prefer to focus on opening their store, okay, but don't let the orders linger / because the money has indeed been debited from the bank account! We were disappointed and we will not order from their site again. Sorry.
A missing card during my last order and despite several emails, the responses are almost non-existent. I regret the quality of customer service. I hope to receive a response quickly or finally receive my missing card.
I bought a product that I thought I would receive in two or three days, but it took almost a month to get it after following up on social media. Nothing more as compensation for me, this is a dealbreaker, I will not buy from this site again.
Delayed package, catastrophic customer service, do not keep their commitments
The problem is that I want a refund for a package not picked up, but this refund is delayed (+1 month currently)
An order that was delayed for shipping, I requested cancellation and, as luck would have it, the next day my order was shipped. I explained my situation on Instagram and was responded to with disdain. Never again with them, I strongly advise against it. Of course, an order that arrives 14 days later is no longer of interest (for a TCG release).
Package not received
Product received not as ordered. I ordered English One Piece display protectors and received Japanese One Piece TCG cards instead. Despite my e-mail complaint, I still haven't had a reply after a week.
