Order accepted and 'shipped' but not updated on the GLS site, I send a message to customer service who tells me that the order cannot be processed to my country. If I hadn't sent a message, I wouldn't have been notified, I ask for a quote for shipping costs to my country but no more response. Very unfortunate and disappointed, a refund will be requested.

It is the customer's responsibility to check before applying the glue. Did you check that the strips (panels) were compliant? Once the glue is applied, we cannot assist you.
