Mixed opinion for the moment but I'm hopeful that the situation will improve. Ordered 2 complete outfits in size M. The parcel arrived, the quality seemed good, but one of the tops was neither the right model nor the right size. Call to customer service where I was told I had to send photos to prove the error by e-mail. The person did not apologize on behalf of the company. Total I send an e-mail, they can't open the photos.... We'll get there eventually, I hope, but let's just say it's not very convenient.... And I'm wasting time here.... So mixed feelings

I think the application is great, well designed and easy to use. The price is right and the availability of the webmasters is assured. The only downside is that many of the options are not free. This means that the application can get really expensive if you want to manage everything with it. Which is a shame.

You gave me an excuse, but I have to question the sincerity of the situation, because I contacted you on a Friday and on Monday the item was on its way. If not, thank you for "your reactivity" due to the complaint. What would be preferable is for you to keep me informed of the progress of the product, and not just a notification "in progress" on the merchant site. In the case of a stock limitation or other anomaly that will delay receipt of the product.
