CUNNING AND LITTLE PROFESSIONAL I had selected two uniforms from the website at a significant cost size S After a week I see that my package still hadn't arrived and the tracking showed no signs of shipment I write to the company and they calmly respond that the uniforms I selected, although they seem available on the site and have the size I requested, are actually not available and that they will be shipped in about a month and a half and that unfortunately these things can happen at the end of the year. Not only was I not informed of this but their response was also superficial and aimed only at their interests. Unfortunately, dealing with work-related issues instead of canceling the order I decide to replace the apparently existing uniforms with two that actually exist but my request takes about a week to get confirmation. So, impatient with their attitude and seeing myself in difficulty due to work issues I decide to take only one uniform, they respond that the amount has already been paid and the order for the two uniforms has been confirmed (even though I had not received any confirmation) the moral of the story is they kept the entire amount of my money and sent me two uniforms one of which is not my size and the other is the desired size but of the only available model. To confirm their superficiality they didn't even attempt to fix the error by leaving a discount voucher or a gesture to apologize. I will not purchase again.

Satisfied with the delivery and the items. However, the return costs are at our expense, which is fine, but the return solution is very limited, especially since you equip professionals and the products are rather high-end (professional clothing set at a high price). It can only be done at the post office, and I just paid €8.60 in postal fees. Most suppliers currently offer a more modern and advantageous return policy. I asked for delivery to my home, then it didn't work, then I asked for a relay point and I chose one near my home. It took 3 days because they changed the relay point, which is very far away, without asking me. The fabric when I washed it was catastrophic. I am very disappointed, I bought this aesthetic blouse kimono just because it said it was recycled green! And finally I received no label that confirms it is recycled, it is polyester (not recycled) no trace that it is really ecological. So it's misleading advertising and at an exorbitant price for a blouse made in Turkey, so it's not very good for the carbon footprint of the planet, given that it comes from Turkey!
