The interface for choosing products is easy to use, however the sizes indicated differ from one garment to another. As a precaution, we took several sizes of the same product, and the size XS that usually fits a practitioner is too small.

I have been buying the "bali" outfits since I started in 2015. I have convinced many masseuses to switch to these outfits that I find comfortable, practical, and of high quality. The only disappointment is that I have never received any commercial gesture from Beauty Street (at least for loyalty), I have to buy a minimum of 2 or 3 (top + pants) each year.

I ordered 2 models of blouses. I am very disappointed with the Bali model which has a very stretchy material (undeniable comfort) but the look really feels like 'old dough' to my taste. I am disappointed

A little transparent and the waistband of the pants folds a bit on itself... we'll see how it holds up after washing.
Mixed opinion for the moment but I'm hopeful that the situation will improve. Ordered 2 complete outfits in size M. The parcel arrived, the quality seemed good, but one of the tops was neither the right model nor the right size. Call to customer service where I was told I had to send photos to prove the error by e-mail. The person did not apologize on behalf of the company. Total I send an e-mail, they can't open the photos.... We'll get there eventually, I hope, but let's just say it's not very convenient.... And I'm wasting time here.... So mixed feelings

To pay so much with taxes at 14€ I find it so exaggerated for a blouse that I find of normal quality.
My dissatisfaction is not due to an item but to the shipping process. I had ordered from you and I was disappointed to see that my purchase had been taken into account but not the sending of this article and that I had to intervene by writing to you so that you could send it to me. You gave me an excuse, but I have to question the sincerity of the situation, because I contacted you on a Friday and on Monday the item was on its way. If not, thank you for "your reactivity" due to the complaint. What would be preferable is for you to keep me informed of the progress of the product, and not just a notification "in progress" on the merchant site. In the case of a stock limitation or other anomaly that will delay receipt of the product.
Disappointing. I am warned that once the order is confirmed and paid that 1 of the items is out of stock and since no news as to whether I will receive the item or not ... it's been 2 weeks already. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service too. It's a shame.

I've been buying my professional clothes from beauty street since I started working as an esthetician, and I've always been delighted with the quality and longevity of the outfits I've bought. In fact, I've been wearing them for 7 years, and they're very comfortable, don't need ironing and fit well. The only minor problem with my latest jacket is that the buttons on the satin clasps don't hold; I'm going to have to sew them back on, as they easily fall off, but otherwise the outfit is very nice and of good quality.
I'm very disappointed with the quality of the garments and the quality of the material, not soft!

Oltretutto non è stata indicata una data probabile dell'eventuale consegna per la merce mancante. Hello, After receiving the parcel and trying on the outfit, I was delighted. The trouser fabric isn't really comfortable, it's a bit cardboardy, it picks up dirt (weight, dust...) And the jacket is superb. Well cut, comfortable and pleasant fabric.
It all depends on the clothes, I bought different blouses. One is perfect and wide and the other I can't fit into, even though it's the same size.... So I have to pay postage for the exchange. I regret the exchange and return service, which isn't very modern compared to other online retailers. Otherwise top quality!
Delivery and delay respected on the other hand the size of the pants is a little big in spite of the fact of having respected the grid of size the top bali crossed I have retouched it in tunic because if not it is necessary to tighten the belt and it is not pretty I do not understand that there are expenses of return considering the price of the dress I am disappointed

The parcel arrived 10 days after my purchase. Colissimo lost my package and I got a lot of spam emails. The blouse is of good quality but be careful with shipping.
Hello, I'm quite disappointed because when I ordered at no time did you warn me that the item was not in stock. No e-mail The problem is that I live in Polynesia and the person who was supposed to bring me the stuff has to leave so I'm not sure I'll get it back. I would have preferred to have been informed.
