package received on time. For the 2nd time the packaging was defective and had to be reinforced by the post office. It should be taken care of. Probably reinforce the edges of the envelopes

Great tablecloth but really annoying to have to soak it several times in a basin of cold water that must be regularly renewed before any use...at this price it could be done at the factory. One star less for that.

I have been a very loyal customer for years. With my last order I would have liked a small gift as it was well over 300€. The answer I got was: Your order was part of the black friday and so what! I am waiting for a gesture such as a table runner. Thank you. I am very pleased with the quality of the products, but they are a bit expensive. Thank you very much.

I wrote twice, and got almost stupid replies. I call back, place my order 2 days before Black Friday, without asking for rush delivery. I receive my order at price 100, and the next day I receive an offer at a discounted price of 80!!! In normal commerce, we ask the customer if he wants to wait 48 hours to get a lower price... Not at Beauvillé. It's a shame! From now on, I will refrain from doing so, as the answer was so stupid and anti-commercial. Goodbye. AB. 06 83 81 07 83

In February, I received two tablecloths. Strawberry pattern. I was not expecting them to be "coated" I have not used them as they are really not appropriate for inside use. when the warmer weather comes, I will use them outdoors. I will let you know how I rate them then. Thank you KDoyle
