The navigation on the site is great but regarding the delivery times, it's a complete mess. It took me over 10 days to receive my package instead of the promised 24 to 48 hours. No response to my email inquiries. Moreover, this delivery delay caused me quite a few problems as it was a car seat and without it, I had no way to take the car with my 14-month-old son. Honestly, I would rather pay more next time and buy from another site!!!! P.S.: no compensation was offered to me!

BIG PROBLEM WITH GLS DELIVERY. I ordered a high chair from Bebe2Luxe. The product is of good quality but many problems occurred with the GLS delivery service. I had to place another order (with a quick refund from Bebe2Luxe) and receive the product after 1.5 months and multiple emails and calls. To retrieve the package, I drove 25 minutes because the package was supposedly large (thus a specific relay point). In the end, it was dropped off at the pizzeria next door (package ripped open).
