Defective device, returned for refund

Ordered in pink, cheaper, the item is no longer in stock, so I paid more to get it in gray. Very good item, so why 3 stars? And delivery to a pickup point when it was supposed to be home delivery.

The navigation on the site is great but regarding the delivery times, it's a complete mess. It took me over 10 days to receive my package instead of the promised 24 to 48 hours. No response to my email inquiries. Moreover, this delivery delay caused me quite a few problems as it was a car seat and without it, I had no way to take the car with my 14-month-old son. Honestly, I would rather pay more next time and buy from another site!!!! P.S.: no compensation was offered to me!

BIG PROBLEM WITH GLS DELIVERY. I ordered a high chair from Bebe2Luxe. The product is of good quality but many problems occurred with the GLS delivery service. I had to place another order (with a quick refund from Bebe2Luxe) and receive the product after 1.5 months and multiple emails and calls. To retrieve the package, I drove 25 minutes because the package was supposedly large (thus a specific relay point). In the end, it was dropped off at the pizzeria next door (package ripped open).

The product is very good but we had agreed that you would send us an invoice with our VAT number. I have already made two reminders and I still have no response!

The cradle is very beautiful, practical with its wheels, but I am very disappointed regarding the head and feet as the baby can touch the support bars.

The bouncer is good but the belt is not adjustable, very tight and does not hold a big 3-month-old baby (5 kilos). I have to keep it unfastened, so I have to keep it in my sight while I bought it to be able to put it down and do other tasks in parallel.

Very nice cradle.. the quality is not great, the mattress is way too thin and the legs are too wide, difficult to move especially to pass through the doors of the house... wheels would have been wise!!

They sent me only two packages out of three, and it was up to me to prove that they sent me only two packages. Knowing that the delivery was done by GLS to a pickup point.

My baby doesn't seem to appreciate it, she stays for 10 minutes at most

Please note it only works on mains power and not on batteries.. it was not explained properly..

My keyboard is starting to come off.

New seat ordered, and not satisfied. I had already bought the old one, which has a better quality finish. It feels like the new one is made of low quality... disappointed... I do not recommend

The seat is sturdy and has a nice design. However, it is not practical for putting the baby rear-facing. The legs cannot stretch and the feet are stuck to the car seat because the car seat, once turned around, even pushed back to the maximum, does not leave space for the baby's legs. Too bad...

Very long delivery, car seat not so comfortable, quite disappointed having already had a car seat from the same brand (which they no longer make) that is superb

Disappointed with the item

Received with a defect, not very comfortable regarding the mattress. It is necessary to buy an additional mattress. Moreover, it is not portable. I do not recommend.

Super disappointed. We couldn't fit the leg because the other end was all messed up. For the price..... otherwise it's a nice co-sleeping bed, very pretty.

The delivery person postponed the delivery by a day and the package was stained, something that smells like baby lotion must have spilled on the box. I took a photo if needed. Fortunately, the contents of the box are not stained.

Disappointed with the quality of the rocking chair thinking there were several rotation modes.

The rocking chair is too low, it only rocks from side to side, I find it could hurt the head after a while. Aesthetically, nothing to say.

The device cannot pair with the app. So, you cannot control it with your mobile.

I ordered on the site, only downside; no indication on the expected delivery date, and the delivery was relatively long. However, customer service responds within 24 hours. The product was in line with expectations.

Delivery time respected and product well packaged but the quality of the product is very average, as the Bluetooth does not work well (the songs are choppy) and the maximum volume is really very low.
