Received my order today, I unpacked it but I am waiting for the baby to arrive to try it. I give 4 stars because there is a screw that is stripped, so the part with the animals keeps coming off

Delay of more than 1 month to receive the product but it was announced at the time of ordering, so compliant. BABY not arrived yet but the rocking cradle looks great with music and rocking and easily movable. Can't wait for the baby to arrive to use it 😉

I placed my order in May, received it in July. Out of stock, however, the product was still offered for sale on the site (for the treasury surely covid). Moreover, we were offered a commercial gesture for the inconvenience, baby cutlery that I never received and do not wish to receive. Bad experience. Avoid, go to eBay, they offer the same products.

Product conforms to the photo. Easy to assemble and use, however, the swing speed seems excessive since set to minimum, I thought it was the maximum speed. Delivery times were not respected. The promo code valid in July was not accepted. I am disappointed.
