Product is good but my baby's head is not in a good position when he is lying on his back. His head drops to one side which disturbs him after some time.

Received my package today. After unpacking it, I am quite satisfied. But there were small problems when I wanted to test it: I cannot raise the cradle to the maximum position. The mechanism gets stuck at the second notch. Another negative point, I cannot fold the legs. Despite the instructions and several attempts, nothing happened. So it's impossible for me to put it back in its packaging to wait for the arrival of the baby.
