Easy navigation. The car seat I ordered meets my expectations in every way.

Very good value for money and very responsive customer service.

Customer service is very responsive. The website is easy to navigate. The only small downside is the delivery. We receive messages saying that delivery will be on a certain day and the delivery person does not show up. And after that, we don't hear anything, so it's quite complicated to organize. Luckily, I was on vacation that week.

Good value for money, delivery time a bit longer due to the health situation but we are regularly informed about the tracking. I dealt with customer service once and they handled it well!
