Fast reception, swing conforms, except that the arch with the three plush toys does not hold when the swinging is in motion. It shifts to 90 degrees, out of reach of the child.. Too bad. But otherwise the other mentioned criteria are respected.
For now, I give 4 stars because the baby is not here yet, but otherwise the product seems correct, the fabric is beautiful, it swings strongly, the sounds and music are not loud but it doesn't bother

Customer service is very responsive. The website is easy to navigate. The only small downside is the delivery. We receive messages saying that delivery will be on a certain day and the delivery person does not show up. And after that, we don't hear anything, so it's quite complicated to organize. Luckily, I was on vacation that week.
Good value for money, delivery time a bit longer due to the health situation but we are regularly informed about the tracking. I dealt with customer service once and they handled it well!
