Order received within the indicated time in very good condition. However, for the delivery, we chose a relay point with lockers, the package could not fit there because it was too large. It was dropped off at another relay point without telling us which one and without informing us. On the site, it was just indicated that the package had been delivered to the relay point. We had to call customer service who was able to give us all the information.
