Fast shipping and responsive customer service. Due to a carrier error, my package was returned to the sender but I contacted customer service who immediately took care of it and I received my package the next day. Once it arrived, the swing worked on mains power but not on batteries. Customer service understood that I didn't want to return the entire item because the swing has a magical calming effect on my 3-month-old baby! They sent me a new module during the day.
