Hello, The positive points: very good quality of the product, fast delivery and intact package. The only downside is that there was no installation manual I find it a shame (that's why I only give 4 stars) otherwise nothing to say.

Given the limited number of items on the site, the choice is relatively quick, what bothered me a bit was the announced delay (2 and a half weeks) which ultimately arrived in just 3 weeks. Moreover, we were promised to follow the progress of the order, while in the end nothing moved until the day I worried about it with customer service towards the end of the announced delay. There, however, it went very quickly they told me that my order would ship the same day and it arrived at my home 3 days later.

Really satisfied with this purchase, top! One star less for the mobile app which is useless, when I tried to install it, I was warned that the app was infected with a virus! If we forget this app, the rocker itself is great! Ordered on Saturday morning, received on Tuesday morning!

Excellent product and fast delivery

Rocker received in Belgium quite quickly. I had made a mistake in entering my address and they were very responsive to correct it. The rocker is ultra complete, baby loves it.
