Long delivery but we are informed at the time of ordering. Customer service responds quickly to messages. My Louna 5 in 1 cradle is very nice, super pretty. Small downside is that there are no wheels, and the swing option makes a bit of noise at maximum. But I am very satisfied overall, I recommend!

Surely due to the delivery provider but the box arrived torn and open, the material could have come out. The quality of the box is not robust enough apparently. I took a photo at delivery in the relay. The swing I ordered is a gift for a friend, so I won't open it, she will open it. If there is anything damaged besides the box, I will contact you.
