I love it, beautiful swing. The sound functions are great. Negative point is that for a one-month-old baby, it is not very suitable in terms of seating, and the headrest is not adapted either. I thought it would be longer, but it is very low to the ground, which is a shame when you have pets. But nothing to complain about otherwise I adapted it for my daughter and she is comfortable! Easy to place the order and it arrived quickly. Compliant with my expectations and good quality seat. The sides of the base of the seat are not as padded as on the J**e 360° that we have as the first seat, however, the reducer is well padded and will last a while given its size (the baby is already 2 years old). Very suitable for growth and an inclination that I wouldn't have even hoped for, for the next vacation he will sleep like a baby for sure! In short, very good value for money. I would have opted for the 360 as the first seat if I had known the quality.

The only thing missing was the power adapter which apparently is no longer part of the package (I only had the USB cable), I sent an email to customer service who was very responsive and replied immediately, I then received the power adapter in less than a week....very professional!!!
