Ordered Wednesday received Thursday, we can say it is very fast. The car seat is top-notch. I don't give 5 stars because I had chosen delivery to a pickup point and in the end, I was delivered at home...

This is already the 3rd time I order from the site and I am really more than satisfied, the site is really very good and simple, the details and explanations are perfect. The only negative point every time: the delivery provider GLS: a disaster every time: delivery announced on 19/09/19, product delivered on 21/09/19 in a wild manner, not a message, an email to tell us that the product would not be delivered as planned and the new expected delivery day... (we were not at home).

Disappointed with my order! Delivery via GLS paid €16.90! I was misled over the phone for 4 days for a scheduled delivery that was postponed day by day for 4 days! I requested a refund for the shipping costs, and they replied that they only have a 24-hour delay compared to the maximum delivery time, so no commercial gesture! In short, terrible customer service and not commercial! I will never buy from this site again
