I love it, beautiful swing. The sound functions are great. Negative point is that for a one-month-old baby, it is not very suitable in terms of seating, and the headrest is not adapted either. I thought it would be longer, but it is very low to the ground, which is a shame when you have pets. But nothing to complain about otherwise I adapted it for my daughter and she is comfortable! Easy to place the order and it arrived quickly. Compliant with my expectations and good quality seat. The sides of the base of the seat are not as padded as on the J**e 360° that we have as the first seat, however, the reducer is well padded and will last a while given its size (the baby is already 2 years old). Very suitable for growth and an inclination that I wouldn't have even hoped for, for the next vacation he will sleep like a baby for sure! In short, very good value for money. I would have opted for the 360 as the first seat if I had known the quality.

Order handling and fast delivery.
Order placed for a stroller and a car seat, estimated delivery 1 month after ordering. I am patiently waiting for my items, two days before delivery I get a call to inform me that there is no more stroller, I maintain my order for the car seat and they refund part of the shipping costs for the inconvenience. Delivery comes via GLS... I choose a pickup point on their site, I get a call on the day to be told that this point has not been part of their list for 6 months, so it needs to be removed... In the end, no delivery point suited me, I had to go pick up the package 20 km from my home at their depot. Well, apart from that all the representatives were very nice but it was a bit of an obstacle course for a car seat.
Very satisfied with my order which perfectly meets my expectations. Everything works without any problems. The only thing missing was the power adapter which apparently is no longer part of the package (I only had the USB cable), I sent an email to customer service who was very responsive and replied immediately, I then received the power adapter in less than a week....very professional!!! I recommend without hesitation, can't wait to use it now when the baby is here.
