Happy with the Louna deck chair. Only small downside, I can't fold the legs. I can't do it... Moreover, the instruction manual in the package is not very clear, very light on explanations. I had to watch the video of the deck chair to learn more about the use of the different positions offered by this Louna deck chair. Aside from these 2 issues, I find the deck chair nice. Can't wait to try it with the baby who hasn't arrived yet. Regarding delivery, I am really not satisfied with GLS. I received the deck chair outside the delivery times that were indicated to me. I wanted to have the pink hood and the pink crotch strap in addition, because I made a mistake in my order (I ordered the gray one). By the way, the customer service person from Bebe2luxe was really very nice. So, I've been waiting for 3 days for the delivery of my package with the pink hood and crotch strap. Stuck at home for 3 days without knowing when I will be delivered. No information from GLS, I have to call them... I am really not satisfied with the delivery service. I will not recommend it and I will make sure not to use GLS for my future orders. Hoping that Bebe2luxe does not only use GLS if I want to order from you again.
