I am coming back to the first comment where I had given one star, so yes we were very unhappy that one leg was defective but we found a solution by hammering it so that it could fit into the other leg of the bed, however the product is still very beautiful so I am giving you a rating for that and for the fact that you responded quickly for after-sales service. I want to specify that the delivery was very fast

We bought this chair following a recommendation from a family member who had one. We received it in good condition, well packaged. We tested it but have not used it yet as the baby has not arrived. The control module was not working properly so we contacted customer service, who were very responsive and sent us a new one for free. Despite arriving in a damaged package this time, the module works perfectly. We can't wait to try it with the baby.

The quality is there. For the price, this seat has a good quality/price ratio. It is not possible to turn on the light without turning on the fan. That's a shame.
