We bought this chair following a recommendation from a family member who had one. We received it in good condition, well packaged. We tested it but have not used it yet as the baby has not arrived. The control module was not working properly so we contacted customer service, who were very responsive and sent us a new one for free. Despite arriving in a damaged package this time, the module works perfectly. We can't wait to try it with the baby.

The quality is there. For the price, this seat has a good quality/price ratio. It is not possible to turn on the light without turning on the fan. That's a shame.

The seat is sturdy and has a nice design. However, it is not practical for putting the baby rear-facing. The legs cannot stretch and the feet are stuck to the car seat because the car seat, once turned around, even pushed back to the maximum, does not leave space for the baby's legs. Too bad...

I ordered a co-sleeper and some parts were damaged, bent. We had to straighten them to assemble the product. I sent photos to request a commercial gesture and I received €15, I found the gesture really ridiculous!!! So I do not recommend.

Received with a defect, not very comfortable regarding the mattress. It is necessary to buy an additional mattress. Moreover, it is not portable. I do not recommend.
