Perfect car seat! Very happy with my purchase! After a week of use, I can easily say that it changes my life! 12-month-old baby is well installed and I no longer hurt my back. A small downside on the delivery time which, although respected, remains long for my taste (more than 2 weeks). But on the ordered product, nothing to say!

I ordered 3 car seats "the one" from bébé2luxe. Very good quality, sturdy and easy to use. I only give 4 stars for now since out of the 3 I received one seat that was a return. I therefore asked them to pick it up because I ordered new. If I wanted a second-hand seat I would have gone to the classifieds..
