I don't give 5 stars because I requested delivery to a relay point and it arrived at my home. (Surely a computer bug). Otherwise, great. The delivery person was very nice and the product easy to install in the car.
Super, plus I received the order before the expected date
The product is great, the only downside is that the Splity chair is hard, lacks wheels, is heavy, and cannot be folded for storage with people around.

Super product, perfectly meets our expectations. The quality is there! However, the delivery was chaotic: no prior contact and therefore an imposed delivery day. Communication with the transport company is CHARGEABLE and it is suggested to leave the order on site, out of sight, and not a new date... Royal!!!
Fast delivery and product conforms and is of good quality. I do not give 5 stars because the isofix system is a bit difficult to install and the harness buckle is plastic. Given the price, I had hoped for a metal buckle.

Site that offers good products at interesting prices but a real hassle to get delivered. I was offered a pickup point only to be told it was untraceable and it was up to me to find the information about the pickup point in question! I am not satisfied with how the delivery of my package went and I am also a bit disappointed with the product, a car seat that is supposed to have 3 reclining positions, including one for sleeping, and in the end, there are indeed three positions but they hardly recline at all. I do not recommend this site.
