Following our order, the package was lost. We sent an email and received a response quite quickly. A new package was sent on Wednesday and we received it on Thursday. The car seat received seems very good. I haven't installed it in the car or tested it in a real situation with my baby yet, but the quality seems to be good. The only negative point: a customer service that is impossible to reach by email on the site. The delivery is quite fast, even though one corner of the package was damaged and the foam on one side of the seat bears some marks. However, I don't think this affects the quality of the seat (at least I hope so). But overall, I am happy with my purchase and would do it again.
