Very simple site with very few choices. However, I ordered a car seat, I absolutely needed it within 3 days, I specified this during my order, result, my package arrived earlier than expected, 2 days instead of 3 as planned! Great!

I am a grandfather of a 2-month-old girl. We bought a Britax Dualfix seat for my wife and my daughter a Cybex Sinora. I also needed a seat for my vehicle and we opted for the The One Bébé2luxe seat. The product is very high quality and the logistics are top-notch. Ordered at 4 PM on August 13, 2018, we received it on August 16 at noon. The whole family agrees that it is the best of our three seats in terms of ergonomics for the little one, for handling, as well as the quality of the textiles (see aging over time). It is a pity that consumer associations do not present tests on this product.
Be careful with the cardboard package. Received the order in a damaged box. Fortunately, the product inside was not damaged as it was sent in the original box without additional protection...

Apart from a few delivery issues that are not due to the site bebe2luxe but to the carrier GLS, the site is well made and the products for sale are of quality. The only change to be made by bebe2luxe is to absolutely change carriers: "GLS" should be banned.

A disgraceful delivery. Impossible to have the package delivered to my home, it was delivered to a relay point 2 days later and the driver left the package with another merchant who does not do relay points without informing us. We had to search ourselves where the package had arrived because after multiple calls to customer service, they did not want to know anything or give us more information. Customer service even hung up on us!! A shame to treat customers like this!! We will never use your mediocre services again.
