The delivery time for our order was far too long. Difficulties encountered in contacting customer service: email sent remained unanswered, phone calls in vain (voicemail full), no possibility to reach the carrier without a delivery reference and a phone call without response. However, a package was delivered on July 24 (order on the 1st). The item is in good condition and satisfies us.

Good site. Order and delivery turned out to be fast but problems with the carrier who first lost my package then delivered my package to a neighbor who did not live on the same street. Once the product was delivered it was in accordance with the order.
