I received a defective seat, knowing that they do not accept returns in apartments but only in houses, I had to arrange for the return to be made at someone else's place. Swing received today. I ordered 2 Louna, one gray and one pink for my twins, and I only received one, the gray one. My husband and I unpacked it to see if everything was okay, but the A and B buttons are super hard, I couldn't manage to tilt it or close it afterwards, it gets stuck at the height levels, there are only 2 heights whereas it is indicated 5 heights in the booklet. We haven't tested the batteries and the power cable because just these 2 malfunctions disappointed us, impossible for me as a mom to tilt it, I see this defect a lot in the reviews. And by the way, I am waiting for news about my second swing that I paid for... a return will be made for the gray one.
