Some parts are missing
I give the lowest rating because I did not receive the package and I have to wait 7 days for the delivery person to give an answer and then we will see what happens... However, the car seat was an emergency for my daughter who is not comfortable in her cozy

Order very late! Chaotic delivery, I was supposed to be refunded for the delivery fees, I never received anything!!!! Hours on the phone, for a delivery after 6/7 weeks, I do NOT recommend AT ALL. Catastrophic!!!! Lamentable. I gave birth and still had not received my order, it’s shameful!!!!
I received a defective seat, knowing that they do not accept returns in apartments but only in houses, I had to arrange for the return to be made at someone else's place. Moreover, I had to follow up 3 times with customer service because they were not able to provide me with a quick return, and I was told that my seat model was out of stock while it is available for order on the site. I made a complaint for a commercial gesture hoping it will be favorable knowing that this is the second time I buy from them. I am disappointed with customer service.
Not satisfied with the slow delivery and incomplete delivery, missing an item
I ordered a high chair but it doesn't work, I sent an email but got no response, I will wait, no choice.
I received the delivery quickly but the high chair doesn't work, honestly it doesn't make me want to change because I need it but I have no choice, I'm waiting for a response.
Swing received today. I ordered 2 Louna, one gray and one pink for my twins, and I only received one, the gray one. My husband and I unpacked it to see if everything was okay, but the A and B buttons are super hard, I couldn't manage to tilt it or close it afterwards, it gets stuck at the height levels, there are only 2 heights whereas it is indicated 5 heights in the booklet. We haven't tested the batteries and the power cable because just these 2 malfunctions disappointed us, impossible for me as a mom to tilt it, I see this defect a lot in the reviews. And by the way, I am waiting for news about my second swing that I paid for... a return will be made for the gray one.
Site not particularly attractive or intuitive.
Following the receipt of my package, I have an issue with the product. I contacted by phone but received no response as it is vacation time. I sent an email and was supposed to get a reply within 48 hours. It's been a week and still nothing. Eventually, my handy partner disassembled the product and fixed the problem, although it is still not optimal. Too bad, customer service is non-existent.

Box arrived very damaged. The foot of the swing is bent, I had to straighten the foot before fixing the swing and all the other accessories. I bought a swing for 90 EUR that I received damaged. The Bluetooth function does not work, the button on the swing is not even lit.
Order never received and it’s me, the customer, who has to prove that the carrier lost my package by doing millions of impossible things. Never order from them.
Unfortunately, your package appears to be delivered even though you have not received it.
We simply asked you to check if the package was available at the pickup point indicated by the carrier and if it was not, to fill out a non-receipt certificate to unblock the situation.
