Music a bit too loud and volume not adjustable. It would have been nice to have an additional tilt notch for the rocking mode because the tilt is quite significant and the baby slips in. Fast delivery. Nice design and sturdy but still a bit disappointed with the product: A piece of plastic is stuck to the arm and won't come off. It seems to have melted onto the device. Customer service offered to replace the arm. I would have preferred a discount. The other arm squeaks when the swing is in motion. The seat does not open (in the lying position) when the swing mode is on. I am also disappointed that there is no full music but only excerpts of 3 melodies. The vibration mode, which exists in other brands, would have been a plus.
