Following an order of a swing that is super good and received on time. The only issue is that speed 1 of the swing goes too fast and the crying detector does not work. I contacted customer service and they are supposed to send me a module. It has been 15 days since I reported my issue and my baby has not been able to fully enjoy his swing for 15 days. I hope it will be resolved. I want to emphasize that the swing is of good quality and as described.

Swing received, too bad the speeds of the swing are very very slow, I have to push it with my hand otherwise everything works.

I couldn't discover this swing ordered as a gift for a newborn but received 15 days after my order while I was on the road to visit the future parents. I do not intend to open my package, I will know more about it when it has finally been given. So apart from my disappointment regarding this late delivery, I cannot evaluate the product.
